Zac Efron is ready too start filming once again but looked unrecognizable for his new role as he gets in character to play wrestler Kevin Von Erich.
Zac was spotted in Louisiana on Monday looking extremely beefed up with a glowing tan and bowl haircut for his new film, The Iron Claw.
The High School Musical star was seen around set with just a towel and his phone in his hand. The movie focusses around the Von Erich family created a dynasty in 1960 which changed the sport until tragedy struck.
Von Erich was the family’s ring name but are otherwise known as Addison. Kevin’s father Fritz Von Erich became a successful promoter for world class championship, however with the exception of Kevin all of his other children died at a young age.
Kevin Von Erich, became well known in the wrestling world appearing alongside his father Fritz’s World Class Championship Wrestling promotion and as a one-time world champion, having held the WCWA World Heavyweight Championship.
Zac has clearly taken his role seriously and wants to prove that is there is anyone that can play Kevin Von Erich it’s him. Kevin aged 65 who is still alive will no doubt be the judge of how well he is portrayed.
