Selena Gomez gave off a confident, successful vibe at the Red Carpet event ahead of the Academy Museum Gala.
The actress wore a fitted black tuxedo jacket with flared pants with her hair slicked back and tucked behind her ear.
Selena kept her makeup minimal opting for smokey brown eyes and nude lips.
The Academy Museum Gala was held for the first time last September and brought in $11 million dollars for the new museum which opened four days after the first gala.
The event honours artists across the industry through giving awards which reflect the museum’s mission to advance the understanding, celebration, and preservation of cinema and to expand knowledge and conversation about cinema as a global art form and cultural force.
This year, celebrities that were honoured included Julia Roberts who was presented with the Icon Award to celebrate her career which spanned a cross three decades with a global reach.
